Advocating for Equal Opportunities
Advocating for Equal Opportunities is a working group focused on public advocacy—promoting important topics that resonate not only with our members but also within society at large. The group was established to support equality, diversity, and sustainability, and above all, to strengthen the representation of women in leadership roles and key decision-making processes.
The group is led by Lenka Nová, an experienced professional and FLIRE member, who brings expertise, energy, and a strong commitment to driving meaningful change. Lenka coordinates the group's activities and leads regular meetings where key issues are discussed, and concrete proposals and strategies are developed.
What do we do?

FLIRE ESG Working Group: Together for a Sustainable Future
The FLIRE ESG Working Group focuses on Environmental, Social, and Governance topics that are essential for the future of the real estate sector and society as a whole. The group was created to connect women from various fields and work together to improve how companies approach sustainability, diversity, and ethical leadership.
The group is led by Lenka Šindelářová, a respected ESG expert with extensive experience in sustainability and corporate responsibility. Lenka organizes regular group meetings to discuss current trends, share experiences, and develop concrete strategies and proposals for both companies and individuals.
What do we do?
